Summary:

Anne and Ted were awesome. My wife and I were looking for our first house and they made the process very easy for us. They went above and beyond to work around our schedules for showing us houses. Any questions we had they answered very quickly and took the time to explain anything we were unsure off. When we are ready to sell and buy again, we will definitely be using them.

Anne and Ted were very dedicated during the entire process. Great marketing efforts... did a good job to keep things moving in a very difficult market. Did a good job pricing the house as well as staging it for showing... maintained good communication and most importantly... sold the house...

Summary:

Anne helped me by my first home in Spotsylvania County, just outside Fredericksburg. I was posted to the US Embassy in Vienna, Austria, at the time and traveled to Spotsylvania for a short R&R trip. I didn't have much time and the market was moving fast (late 2003), so Anne had to work with me ahead of time via fax and email before I made the trip. She scoured the listings, coordinated walkthroughs with my parents (who were in Fredericksburg) and then reported back their findings. By the time I returned to the US in December, I was ready to settle on my new home! Anne went well beyond the call of duty for me when she measured all the windows for window treatments I had made in Austria. She also oversaw the inspection and handled the nitty gritty part of the negotiations. One of the biggest reasons I enjoyed working with Anne is because she put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I am often anxious working with people in sales - not just home sales, but all kinds of sales - however, with Anne I knew I could trust her and rely on her from the very beginning. I highly recommend Anne to anyone looking for a home to live in or as an investment property. She is experienced, well qualified and personable too.

Summary:

Anne and Ted Hupka were diligent in their work. They responded to all of our request and made sure we were always kept informed. They quickly figured out what we wanted and adapted to our needs promptly. The buying process is very difficult these days, but Anne and Ted made sure that we stayed calm and we were always confident that they would deliver us a great home.
